Coverage starts on the date equipment ships from Hardline, with up to six months of distributor stock time added when the claim includes dated proof of sale.
Labor includes standard straight-time labor and travel up to 100 miles round trip. Extended compressor coverage is for the compressor part only.
Before any repair, contact Hardline Warranty Support for a warranty authorization number. Work done without one is not covered.
Not covered: food prep wear items such as slicer and saw blades, mincer plates and knives, cutting discs, belts and mixer agitators, unless defective on arrival.
